Florence is the founder of Harmony Coffee Hong Kong (founded 2018). She has obtained the US SCA certificates in Hong Kong and also further honed her barista skills in Hokkaido, Japan and Taiwan. She is passionate about producing her luxury small batch coffee brand pairing a unique and luxurious coffee experience with mindful meditation and enjoyment — to her curated circle of friends and clients, their friend and clients, and beyond. Her company encapsulates a wide range of specialty coffee products and is tastefully exploring expansion into other product areas alongside brand and retail collaborations. One of the most popular services is private bespoke coffee catering services for corporate events, weddings, events (music, art, poetry, yoga) and tastings. Corporate partners and brand partners include DBS and Sunlife in Hong Kong, as well as NewChic Capital Family Office, CoinsGroup Private Web 3 Fund, Ace Investment Management Proprietary Hedge Fund, and Otto Hotel boutique hotel. The brand also specializes in tailor made custom coffee flavours and collaborations with high-end brands and discerning individuals and celebrities. The Harmony Coffee collection of drip bag coffee is loved by 5000+ customers. Other than making coffee, Florence is also a certified hypnotherapist from The National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), US. More projects on helping people on emotional needs will be initiated in 2023. Outside of her business pursuits, Florence is a writer and intrepid traveller extraordinaire. She is based, most out of the time out of her home town of Hong Kong after having graduated from university in the UK. Globetrotting-wise she has travelled to over 20+ countries worldwide including to the continents of US, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia, (and looks to add more to this burgeoning list!)

Anya Hayden is General Partner and Founder of ANIM, a top-tier early-stage venture capital fund investing in technology companies globally. Prior to ANIM, Anya most recently invested for Founders Fund out of the U.S. and Europe, with the team capitalising Anya's first pool of capital; ANIM progresses the strategy behind Anya's Founders Fund capital. Prior to Founders Fund, she led the establishment of the Product Analytics stack and physical goods Strategy for autonomous vehicle company Aurora Innovation. Anya has been featured in publications such as Forbes, Vogue, The Economic Times, Entrepreneur India, and Silicon India, is a delegate to the Middle East and APAC with multiple conferences, and has spoken globally for Google and other technology leaders. Anya graduated from Harvard Business School where she served as Student Body President. She is based in London.
